Turn signal wires under dash?

Hi all,. '16 SR5

Installing a 360 camera system and need to tap into the turn signals wires.

Which wires and harness has them under the dash? I'd prefer not to run lines all the way to the headlights to accomplish this.

Also, are there turn signal lines under the dash that will show a constant 12v when activated instead of flashing 12v with the signals?
