turning problem

While backing up my 1999 SR5 I noticed squeaking when I turned the wheel all the way to the left and the same when I turned all the way to the right. Now when I turn the wheel all the way to either side I get a pulsating feeling in the wheel. Is this a power steering problem or something else? I just had the power steering fluid flushed. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a power steering problem. I had a power steering leak for a while and it made noise whenever i turned. I was refilling it like once a week. Have you checked how much fluid you have?

Thanks for the reply, I checked the fluid, it was full and no leaks visible.
