My 2001 4Runner Limited has Dealer installed, TRD Headers and a factory tranny cooler and it is hooked up just like the person above me stated. Don't bypass the radiator.

Thanks guys. Just got home from our first overnight after picking the camper up. Unfortunately it rained the whole time down at Disney Fort Wilderness. But coming back I was keeping a close eye on the temps. Did much better once I got off the interstate and stuck to highways.
I've got some things to do to get it where I want. I think the airbags along with the ARB springs are going to help but I think I'll still end up getting a weight distributing hitch with sway control real quick. Still unsure if I need extended brake lines for the heavy duty ARBs as they say they will give 2 to 3 inch lift even with the 440 extra pounds.
I also need to get the P3 brake controller mounted so it performs better as it's just zip tied below the steering column right now. Had dealer do it that way just to get me moving but it needs a permanent home.
Lastly, I'll go get a trans cooler. Will check with dealer to see what factory with install will run as that might be the best way to go.

amazing build! I love that mag gray! makes me kind of want that instead of silver but I love both colors!
Quick question which adjustable panhard bar did you get?
Also what are you planning on doing with all that extra space where the spare was? Extra gas tank?

Thanks. The panhard bar is from Sonoran Steel. Was part of the Radflo 2.5 suspension I bought through them but you can buy the panhard bar individually as well.
On the spare space, not sure. I had planned to leave it open to put tire there when rear swing was off but once I get springs dialed in, I don't plan to take the swing off very often, so I guess I'll just leave it empty.

Thanks. I had the 70264 on my 3rd gen too and it worked fine. Wasn't sure what people were using on the 5th gens which is why I asked.

Enjoying the 4runner and r-pod combo.
Regarding build thread updates, I have my shrockworks skids on hand, my new ARB rear springs on hand and should have the air bag setup next week. Will get started with that stuff once the bags show up.
Regarding roof rack, apparently Drabbits son is in the hospital so the rack is delayed. His wife emailed letting me last week know that it was complete but they were delayed getting it to the powdercoater due to their son. Hope he's doing better.
Regarding front bumper shrockworks still says they are on track for group buy 4 month target so hopefully in next 30 days.

I installed that rear CBI bumper for one of my customers. Those directions are terrible. Your thread is needed to install it in a decent amount of time.
Nice product, and very good for a bumper out of a box. The only issues we had where the license plate light did not fit the pre-cut holes. We had to make a tool to drive down the carrier on the stub shaft and the pull up release bound when it hit the ramp so the swing would stop there.
The thing is extremely heavy. You put one of these on and you will get a big millage hit.

Well, I'm sure I'm going to catch hell from you guys but the 4Runner is gone. Traded it in for a 2015 Tundra Crewmax 4x4 with 5.7L and towing package. Also had dealer installed leveling spacer (barf) and aftermarket wheels and larger tires. Shockingly to me, I got what I paid for the 4Runner in trade last year, with 8k miles, for the trade value and negotiated $2,500 off the Tundra. Was hard to say no since I went to look at them because we have caught the camping bug big time. The 4Runner was my hobby but camping has turned out to be a family activity.
So here is the tundra as it sits now
And here is what we traded the brand new Rpod 171 in for (31' Keystone Bullet 272BHS)
As for the truck, I have a full OME front/rear suspension with camburg UCAs inbound from Wheelers thanks to everyone that recently purchased my left over 4Runner items, and for the immediate term I have a nice big steel cattle rancher style bumper coming for the front. LOL. (Only until someone like Shrockworks, CBI or Domello makes a 2015 bumper I like though). Planning to replace rear bumper, add some sliders for steps and that's probably it until I wear out the current tires.
So, give me your worse but I took one for the team in favor of family harmony.

Tundra is a beast and I hope to pick one up after I'm done with school. I loved your 5th gen though, sad to see it go.

This trailer is just over 5,000 lbs dry and about 7,000 fully loaded. Very light weight for its size based on materials and fully welded aluminum frame but still way beyond the 4RuNner. But your right I barely feel it with the tundra. Also, a nicety is the tundra gas tank doesn't take much more to fill than the 4Runner. Fill ups average about $40. Range and mileage is working out about the same as the modified 4Runner too.
Ultimately I'd like to have it setup for some Offroad play but my first priority is just getting the camping situation taken care of. The OME lift should help bring the back end back up a little while towing and will help carry the big arse bumper I've ordered. Am thinking about maybe BudBuilt sliders so I don't have to drill any holes, and a Fab Fours rear bumper.

Dude I didn't know you bought one too. Heck, we could have swapped the rear bumpers and I have the factory suspension that could go back on. I though you still had the 4th gen. Didn't even think about it. sorry.
