For starters, this is not T4R related or does it belong in this topic area.
Last Thursday, the 10th, a car got a flat tire on the side of the road. My close cousin Tyler Ryan stopped to help the man change his tire. As he was helping the man remove the spare, Tyler saw a car approaching. He pushed the man out of the way but did not have time to save himself. He was caught between the two cars and his legs were torn apart. Almost all the bones were broken and he lost almost half the blood in his body. He was quickly rushed to the OU medical center which is when we got the call. My dad and grandmother rushed up there to visit him. They talked to the doctors and there was little hope he would keep his legs. Since the accident, countless people have been donating money and blood to help Tyler. Through surgeries, they have managed to save his right leg. His left leg was amputated on Sunday. He has managed to keep in good spirits about this whole experience. We hope he makes a healthy recovery. Please keep him in your prayers.
