Ugh, I bought from a vendor with terrible reviews here

So if I have this right.... you can't cancel your order and get your money back (which would be the sane thing to do) plus you are dependent on this vendor making the product for you in a timely manner. Given all of that you created this thread to talk sh#t about them while you wait for shipment....

Assuming you prepaid and want to back out AND the vendor is refusing then I would check with your credit/debit card company to find out their policy on charges without shipment. There may be a clause where if the vendor can't ship within X weeks the bank forces a refund... Just speculating.

As an aside I just read through the original now closed thread and wow (on the other thread) some folks really can deliver real a-hole comments. Mission accomplished.

I didn't ask for your advice on how to use a credit card. Where did you get this idea from? I'm not dependent on anybody to give me a piece of sheet metal in any time frame, what makes you think that? Where did you get the idea that the side wouldn't refund me. I LITERALLY STATED THAT I'M WAITING ON THE PRODUCT AND THAT I'M CONVINCED THE PRODUCTS ARE ADEQUATE AND THAT IT WAS THE COMMUNICATION I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH, NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

I THEN STATED THAT MY PROBLEM IS THE LACK OFF AGGREGATED DATA ON SMALL TIME VENDORS.

I'm so happy there is a thread to tell us that ARB makes stuff. It's not very useful in it's own right. We all know who ARB is, they've been around forever.
