"Unable to access USB flash drive"

Picked up my TRD Off Road Premium two days ago. I formatted a small USB flash drive (FAT32), put three photos on there, and when I put it in the slot to upload to head unit I get the message above.

The same flash drive works fine in my RAV4. Before I take i4Runner in for service (seems apparent that it's an issue with my vehicle), does anyone have any suggestions?

I heard that some people had issues with "large" drives, there might be a size limit.

Mine is small...124MB. Dealer provided it with PDF files instead of all the paperwork.
