Thanks for the pics, although I'm sure they don't do it justice. Saw some of if when I was a child and dad was stationed in Alaska. I have fond memories of the drive up from the lower 48 on the then unpaved AlCan highway.

Thanks guys! The sun has been pretty active since last year.

The most tricky part of taking these photos is shooting the truck AND myself. Because these photos had to be exposed for 10-20s, to get a sharp image, I had to keep absolutely still, holding breath in a chilly winter night, which made me shake all the time.:lol:
