Undercarriage/cover missing?

Hi,
2018 Pro...

So I've done a bit of service under my vehicle (fluid changes, grease, etc.), but yesterday I took a look under the truck after an oil change at the dealer (without getting into too much detail, there have been issues in the past, but it was shitty outside, so...).

Anyway, when looked I thought, wait, am I missing the oil pan/transfer case cover? I might be losing my mind, but I honestly don't remember if it was ever there?

I think you might be missing a small piece of plastic on the end of that second skid plate. rather than go out and take a pic of my vehicle and show you I found a video that shows what I'm referring to. go to about 7 minutes 30 seconds. there's a piece of plastic that I don't see on the back (towards the rear) in your pic. I know it's plastic because I had a bunch of mud caked on mine last spring from wheeling and when I went to clean it I remember thinking 'why didn't they just make this piece metal, this plastic is useless' lol

When I asked the dealership they had no idea. The exact response was "there might be something there for some models, but probably just for off-road, lifted trucks".

I have a 21 TRDORP & and a previous 2014 SR5P and don’t remember anything on either behind that engine skid.
