Unknown Plug please help!!!! 1991 4runner v6 5spd

Does anybody know what this plug is for, it slits off the harness a little ways after the front right headlight, i found it just hanging under the headlight after it grounded and started melting into all of my wires inside the harness.

Post your question over n classics you'll get an answer quicker , but hard to see it for me maybe pull back a little it's pretty big to see clearly ?
