Very sneaky squirrel, I don't like to throw my life story out on the interweb or what I have built or bought for my Runners. I just build it or install it and enjoy them like everyone else dose.

everyone is different. When new members ask me if they should create a thread, I tell them to start a thread with pictures of their adventures and 4Runner projects. Even if it isn't a build sharing pics is great for the community.

This is some place that I really want to check out when I'm in Colorado for the week. What is up that way and what should I see and do in that area? Let me know. I'm looking to do some fishing if I can in that area also. If the road is open I would like to check out the area by and off 317 past the Biological Laboratory. Also looking at Fishing Taylor River. I want to Hunt Monsters (AKA Bows)

I always keep a set of master keys with me when doing tail runs or places I've never been. I was once locked in when off roading in CA. Thank God someone had bolt cutters. Since then I always have them. They are great for cutting wire also.
On another note. What's going on at the Mesa Right now. How I is the fishing ? Are any trails open up there and also camping?

Well we are off to a great start. Cruising down I70 thinking all is great. Well it seems like my fuel pump is on it last leg. Had to call a wrecker to take me in to Topeka. Thank God I was not out west in BF Kansas when this happened. We will see what the fuel pressure is when the shop opens up in a few hours.
Good thing I'm not in a rush or anything.

Update on situation. The gas gauge is broken so I ran out of gas. I'm now pulling about 8-10 miles per gallon in a very strong headwind.
The shop in topeka was super cool about everything didn't even charge me a penny for taking too much time to diagnose the issue they were even nice enough about me lunch

Leaving in the morning to Junction.
Route-
285 to 24.
South on 24 to 50.
50 to and take that to crested butte.
Break time and fish the Taylor River.
Then to 149 south to 160 through Pagosa Springs.
Then up through 550 durango Silverton Ouray Montrose to Junction.
I know it's the very long way but I'm not worried about that.
