I had a buzzing sound coming from my dash area at cold start and off and on while driving. I made a thread about it here and got a few ideas to try.
I finally figured it out by removing my glove box and on a cold start feeling around in there while it was buzzing. I found an A/C damper servo motor was shorting or arching. I removed it and cleaned the contacts then reinstalled it. Problem solved.
I bit of helpful advice; If you do this make sure you mark the position of the white wheel thing that is connected to the servo black box before you remove it. I did not and it took me about an hour to line it up right to get it to go back in:mmph:
