Not sure how easy that's going to be since the current gen tundras are 5 bolt I think? At the very least I think you're going to have to find a rotor from some other vehicle with the appropriate diameter/thickness and hat spacing in a 6 bolt pattern to match the tundra calipers if you can get them to fit. This is what I've done on other vehicles...basically fit whatever caliper up to the spindle and then search out a rotor that works within those confines. Lots of researching and trial and error!
IMO, unless you need to do some super heavy towing very often, there's probably no need? The OE brakes seem adequate enough for most situations...
