I read this earlier but I will chime in my experience. I have a 3" up front with stock UCAs and mine aligned perfectly fine.

Uniball its way stronger then stock. I'm going to second winter with my uniball. No play all good. You do not have to clean them EVERYDAY. I don't know how many times I went wheeling. And there was dirt sitting on top of the uniball. It will be fine.

So get it if you want the strength and better wheel alignment

A company called Kwik Fit seem to use the same software, but their technicians said they would/could only adjust the Toe in/out

Anytime you come across an alignment shop that states they will only adjust toe, can't do lifted vehicles, say your tires are too big, or blah blah blah.... Go ahead and keep walking until you find a shop that doesn't employ retards. I've heard just about every excuse under the sun about why a particular vehicle I brought in couldn't get the alignment dialed in. Shops like that will just end up giving you more of a headache and will continue to waste your time.

Sounds like great advice!! I went to a place and they visually saw the truck and automatically said "something is bent". I said it had a lift and the "tech" looked at me like I said something in Martian. I left. Still looking for an SoCal-LA area shop for my alignment.

I Agree. I'm very happy my buddy who works at a shop. They just got a brand new awesome tire alignment machine.

A good mechanic will adjust everything if the suspension allows him to. It is not always about getting the numbers in dead center. When I get my wheels realigned , my buddy compensated for the curve in the road.
