Urethane Bushing Grease, what do you use?

They say to use urethane specific grease with urethane bushings. What do you use and if you use a "regular" lithium type (red and tacky etc) have you encountered any problems.

What is your experience with urethane specific grease? Prothane etc.

typically they recommend silicone based lubricant but something lithium like lucas marine grease would work as well its just not as thick so may not last as long

I am using lucas red n tacky on my Dirt King ball joint UCA for both the bushings as well as ball joint and so far so god. I also use it on my driveshaft and so far I think it is great stuff. I trust the quality of products from Lucas as well as redline(using their oil in my diffs and TC).

prothane only, its really tacky, i've tried the lucas and mobil, they dont last long in the bushing, thats why i only use it on the driveline service.
