Urgent Help! Rear tundra 5100 install (how to tighten top nut??)

I need help!!

I cant get figure out how to tighten the top nut on the rear shocks, the narrow shaft keeps spinning.

I've watched a few videos and it just seems like people just ratched the nut down no problem, but arent explaining doing any special step?

Please Help!!! IM suck at my buddies house until can get this done

Small piece of rubber around the shock's shaft and a vice grip on top to keep the shaft from spinning. Then tighten using a wrench on the top nut.

I generally can just hold the upper part of the shock with my other hand to keep it from spinning.

Either Rubber/Vice Grip method or air rachet.

Use 2 non locking nuts for each shock. Use the 2nd as a jamb nut.

The rear shock has an allen key insert on the top of the shaft. i believe its a size 13/16 and you can hold the shaft from spinning that way. Heres a video that will show you what im talking about. it starts around the 31:15 mark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9-0hMzv_RU

I think it's a ' little ' smaller then 13/16" but definitely a Allen wrench on top. Maybe 5mm ?
