Yeah the water damage doesn't worry me at all. The fact that there is a part missing in the back and there are brand new non OEM tires on a new truck seems weird as well. Make a 20K offer or run.

i did. she said switch cars with the wife for a couple days and you'll be back to normal

There is a company near my that sells cars with salvage titles, you get a book that shows the before and after pictures as well as pictures throughout the repair/restoration and records for parts used.

I would consider buying a non-flood salvage vehicle if I had that amount of information (though not at this kind of price), i would never consider buying any salvage vehicle from a flood.
