Used FJ Springs and rear 5100’s

I just added new suspension. The shocks have about 70k on them. The springs 70k+. I’m not sure how long they were on the FJ for before they were put on my 4Runner.

I’m not sure what to ask for the springs so feel free to make an offer if you want. The shocks are free if someone wants them.

Are the rear shocks any good? I'm trying to source shocks for my budget lift at the moment.
