Seeking assistance...
I have installed a mount on my dash to hold my iPad Mini. What I need to do now is get power to it.
What I want to do is run the lightning cable along the bottom of the windshield, up the passenger-side pillar, across the top of the windshield, and into the overhead console. I would then like to splice in to an always-on power source.
I'm going to look up what wires there are inside the USB-to-Lightning cable, but what I need to know is what are some power sources in the console I can easily to into? Since I don't have the wiring diagram....
When I get it done, I'll try and post pics.
