V8 compression specs?

Haven't done a compression test on my 4runner before and had a couple questions:

1.) What psi should I expect for a 2004 V8?
2.) Do I just need to pull all the spark plugs or do I need to pull something else? (previous car, needed to disconnect coil pack to prevent damage to it)
3.) Do I need to remove all spark plugs at once or just the one I'm testing at the time?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if these are some simple questions; I wasn't able to find exact answers on the forums - mainly 3rd gen or V6 specs.

192 or better is factory spec.

At 142 or lower you have a problem.

The 2UZ is a coil-on-plug motor. You will need to remove the coils to remove the plugs.

You only need to remove one plug at a time.
