Is the exhaust tube size for the magnaflow any bigger than the factory exhaust tube size?

I had it on my 03 V8 and it fit just fine. When I moved it over to my 06 V8 I had to get it customized since the VVTi V8s have a different configuration. I think it had to be shortened. That's why the early V8 have a different part number.

The Gibson is available in both a stainless and aluminum version. Not sure on part number, i've just looked at them on Jason Brtmans site (burtmanindustries.com).

It's a great system at a killer price right now. Yea, it will fit the 2003. I have all the info on the site, and have installed quite a few.

Just a heads up: watch your leg on that exhaust tip. I had mine sticking out a little bit like you do and my buddy burnt his leg pretty good on it. I ended up pushing it all the way on so it wasn't sticking out at all.

Lol, yeah...I'm having it bent to the side and trimmed back. I want it tucked under and 45'd to the side.
