Thanks! Hopefully I'll have a posting for today. Just waiting on my Amazon delivery so I can start welding and getting towards wrapping this project up. Its been a lot of figuring stuff out but unless this welding is extraordinarily difficult I don't think ill have an issue.

All done. Just tightening down bolts tomorrow. Running through the write up. If you do this after me and have tips or tricks please input them here. This is a bear of a repair in the garage but with good advice and tips we can help others in the future as these trucks age with grace and beauty!

This thread has been super helpful.

I am currently in the reinstallation phase. Both headers are mounted back in place and I am currently working at installing the remaining studs and nuts.

Was curious if you are still active and would be willing to discuss any tips for installing and tightening some of the studs/nuts.
