So the other day my rear view camera stopped working. Long story short I turned the ignition to ON position, pressed on brake to shift to Reverse more then a few times. And then a few times starting it and press brake to shift to Reverse. (Finally got my camera working. It was a pinched wire, had to run a new video wire). Anyways now... the rear hatch will not unlock with just the key remote unlocking passenger doors. The key hole on the hatch for some reason is no longer working. The only way I can open the hatch is to either have it in the ON position, manually unlock from driver side hit the unlock x2 then go to the back and it opens. Or have truck running and unlock it that way. And every time I start the truck the rear window has to be set back to auto (normalization process).
Any one know how to undo what I did? Lol
I just think it's a pain to have to turn it to on Unlock it and then go back and open the trunk. I know I should've thought about this whole thing when I was pressing the brake and turning it back off and on. But I didn't know, *
