My '92 4runner is needing the valve lash adjusted, and bad. I know it has the shims, or so i was told, and I've never done them myself before, so i was wondering if there's any good videos or pages out there explaining how to do this? I've looked around and i think i got the idea, i just haven't found anything for the 3VZ-E
