valve stem caps

Set of 4 Chrome Aluminum Wheel/Rim Tyre Tire Valve Stem Dust Caps Fit Toyota All Model Ver. D, my sisters 2012 camry has no covers for the valve stems and the 4runners are plastic. Found these on amazon and was wondering if stem covers make a difference?

At LEAST 15-20 extra hp, and 5-6 better mpg's. they make a BIG difference in the aerodynamics of the wheels as they spin so you go faster.

Don't be silly :gun4:, they say the plastic caps don't seal the stem if its leaking air, but plastic is all I ever seen goning back to my bike cycle days. Others wrote some of the metal covers melded to the threads and needed to be cut off. Sure they look cool but is that the only advantage. I didn't even know you could buy fancy tire valve stem covers.
