I'd suggest somewhere in the middle. Maybe in Summerlin or Red Rock area?

Thats fine with me. Sunday is gonna be fairly hot as usual but if anyone is interested in shooting I have a canopy I take out and can bring targets and stuff. Obviously others bringing their own firearms/ammo/targets would help
I'd be up for offroading but since I am pretty much stock I can't do anything too serious.

Sunday is good for me also. Have you been to the 95 north shooting area where the washout at?

Which area? I haven't done much shooting up north as I tend to not bother going up north with the cops being the way they are for us non north vegas residents carrying.

Yea for years I used to go into the mountains edge areas but they have been insane with posting no motorized vehicle notices at ALL entrances despite it being BLM once you get in there. So to make it easier I have been heading out to the jean/sloan area by the prison. Theres a couple really nice areas to setup for pistols/short ranges and the really long one for rifles. I don't have much in the way of optics right now so the shorter ranges are perfect for me with setting up targets.

I'd be up for wheeling if we met up fairly early say around 9am tomorrow.
There are some trails near goodsprings. I've done the table mountain trail out there and I think it can be run stock it rates a 5 out of ten in the Nevada trails southern region book (NEVADA 4X4, 4WD, Jeep & Offroad Books, Trail Guidebooks, Maps & Videos). There is another short #5 trail out there as well called yellow pine mining district trail. They are both pretty short trails.
We could meet at the gas station at the jean exit west of the I-15.
Those interested could go shooting before or after we run the trail(s)

I would be up for this and can easily be there in the morning. I could also do the one up in the NW discussed earlier. I don't need to go shooting so that doesn't matter to me. Would be cool to meet up with as many of you guys out here as possible though so whichever location has more interested would be best.

I can do NW as well, just don't have a trail to recommend out there. There is a trail further north off of 157 (turn off to Mt. Charleston) called lucky strike/grapevine canyon.... its rated a #4. I ran it a couple of years ago stock. Got some pinstriping and the wayfinding can be a bit tricky, but its pretty scenic. However I Don't know if any of it got washed out with all the rain earlier this month.

Yea I definitely don't know the status or even which trails to look at so I would have to lean on you guys for that. So for now I've got the four of us below and what it looked like as our choices for where to ride.
If we head out through the south - theres a pretty good breakfast joint (Rise and Shine) we can meet up at thats on the way out 15, or we can obviously meet up at the location.
Any of you have CB's or Ham radio's? My CB is setup though I need to test it out a bit after remounting the antenna a while ago.
