We had 7 rigs and no winch, and true, this was a LONG time ago! There are (were?) two lines; one rocky, and one not so much. The TJ with the 35s went the rocky route.

The only truck that got hung up was the 'Burban, which only had 1" over stock height. We extracted by stacking rocks and driving off my Hi Lift. Time consuming but a good learning experience.

Wish I could join, but my weekends are pretty fracked right now.

Sounds good, as stated east to west is easier but need to pay entry at red rock. The youtube vid showed the fj going west to east. Wanna try that route? If not that's ok.

No worries, I may hit up the Red Rock side regardless on Sunday. I hiked up that way one time for the Las Madre Springs trail, follows the road a bit. Have fun guys and bring back some pictures!

Well we only made it through 1/4 of the trail, it got too washed out. Didn't wanna risk anymore damage to [MENTION=85832]Howard35[/MENTION]'s T4R.

Pushed the dent out the bumper. Still has a bad rash though.

Road was definitely more washed out in the video.... as I played it back the spot where we turned around wasn't that difficult in the video, we couldn't even cross that one section.

Yep, the rains change that trail up considerably from what I was told way back then. Glad to see you guys made it out!

808G19, how do you like those Rocky Mtns? What load rating, and how many miles do you have on them? I looked at these at DT, but they seem to be pushing the Cooper ATPs harder.

[MENTION=106215]chiz45[/MENTION] I like the rocky mountains aka wildpeak. I have 13,000mi on them so far and they're E load. Much smoother and quiter than the bfg rugged trail t/a I had on before.
