The WEST side would be best if we wanted to do an initial quick shot of the trucks with the western mountains behind. Plus the sun is rising from the east so it works out well.

I will most likely be able to meet up at 9am for the shoot. I work a 12hr graveyard shift and get off at 6am that morning. If I'm not too tired I might join you guys on the trail run after. I hope I can stay up because it sounds like fun.

Vegas 4Runner meet & greet / photo shoot / wheeling
Hey guys,
Looks like we're going to have a great turnout this Saturday 11/22. Here's the latest info:
- Meet on the roof of the WEST garage at RedRock Casino @ 9am.
(ComradeVlad, I can meet you as early as 8a if you want. Maybe do breakfast as you mentioned and shoot a couple pics and try to keep you awake.)
- Have a meet & greet @ 9am and wait for everyone to arrive/meet, etc.
(We'll try to shoot a few up there if time permits.)
- Head to RedRock area after this for the main photo shoot. I found a great, easy-to-get-to place for 8-16 trucks with a great mountain backdrop just past the RedRock entry gate. It's on a hill which will allow a nice staggered, angled setup for us. Details at meet up.
- After the main photo shoot you can take off if you want OR stay and do the East Rocky Gap ride, going to the half way point and then back. If you're staying for the ride, bring a sandwich or something to eat as I'm sure we'll all be starving by then.

Won't be able to join you this Saturday I don't believe, but also don't have my 4Runner yet. I am sure most of you are use to the story by now, but only one in Vegas was at Findlay and I hope no one bought from there (or perhaps my experience was unique) but the offer they came back with was so insulting I didn't even wait for a 2nd one.
I at least got to drive it though so can't wait. Centennial closed my deal and truck is currently in freight with a delivery date of around 11/24. Nervous about going sight unseen, but wanted to lock this deal down and be done.
Going to need the remote start but reading lots of mixed review about factory versus aftermarket and honestly I don't care which route I go as long as they all work with the factory key fob. Don't see the point of having a sleek little key in pocket only to need a second fob. (little things I know)

Does somebody know where i can find a store that sells professional auto detail products and supplies? Or just better than they sell at O'reillys, Pep boys, or Auto Zone which are the only places that I've found so far. Products like Sonax, Optimum, Mark V, Chemical Guys or something similar. Also can you guys recommend a good self service car wash around the south west or Henderson area? We cant use a hose to shot down your car where we live and just using a bucket is a pain in the ass when your car is really dirty. Thanx

I'm down in the SW as well and i've been buying cleaning supplies and most stuff from Amazon for this reason. I'm sure there are places local here but unfortunately I haven't found any good ones. Would love to hear from others if they had found any.

No, seriously folks this is all about just having some fun and a good turnout if possible and everyone meeting up. Bring your truck any way you want (clean, dirty, muddy or towed in)... just bring it if you can. It's not about getting a showroom condition photo here, it's ALL ABOUT the group as a whole and getting all together. Hope that didn't turn anyone off to doing this. :thumb3:
