Man that sucks. Glad your ok tho. I don't know what's the deal with the Nautical Blue runners. At 4 months old, mine was stolen and beaten on by some kids. It was found by my house out of gas. Its in better condition now but Its still tainted with a insurance claim.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just due to the small sample size and there aren't any surprises waiting around the corner for mine.

Well, so far, I'm up to $8k. Sensors, side airbags, headliner, control module, seat belt tensioner. They wanted to replace the skids, but I told them not to bother. So far insurance said they are taking care of it. I also had them do an alignment.

I just saw another blue 14/15 TE/TEP yesterday. Had to wipe a tear away, but I should have my rig back this Friday. :moping:
 
Trust me when I tell you this [MENTION=113431]Indigo[/MENTION], replace the skids. Mine were beat up and for a extra $150 I got the complete budbuilt skids. And since I got the complete kit, Budbuilt gave me a discount on the diff skid.
 
So I could have them upgrade and pay the difference?

I know they need to be upgraded, and mine are beat to hell. I've already pulled them off once to mash back into shape.

Missed opportunity. I asked the GM about that when I picked her up. He said it wouldn't have been a problem. Damn!

Insurance picked it up, I paid the deductible and probably a rate increase.

Here's the real deal. Pic. Lesson learned!

They can do an addendum to the claim. I would ask about it. Nothing to lose.
 
Anyone up for a last minute friday afternoon - evening run around Henderson or boulder city? My truck has stayed clean for way too long.
