Very close to giving up on finding a T4R

Hey there! dont give up dude. I feel your pain. I too looked for well over 6 months for mine, then one day out of the blue my local dealer had 2, a limited and a sport. Needless to say i was after an 06 sport, they had a v8 in gray. It was love at first sight. I guess the moral is as so many have said just stick i tout, because when your baby finally shows up you will be over the moon! good luck.

ps. i used to be a nut and check the certified 4runners on the website twice a day and all my local dealer sites as well for months and months, then my v8 just popped up and i rushed down. Needless to say the limited was also sold by the end of the week! dont settle for anything else, you will regret it im sure.

Thanks for the links but we've pretty much ruled out the SR5.

here's a brief rundown on the specs we're targeting:

• 06-07
• Sport Edition
• White or Silver exterior, black cloth interior
• V6
• 4WD
• under 60k miles
• other options are TBD....

What you looking to spend? There are 4 White Sports, V6, 4x4, sunroof, black interior within 500 miles of Atlanta. All are up the east coast, or one was in Chicago.
