I plan on running a setup very close if not the same as this...

Any of your customers running those Maxtrax pins? Wondering if I would have to drill the bars or not.

It looks like with the current design, you will need to drill to run the MaxTrax pins, but I'm having engineering look at the hole pattern. We will probably add spacing for them here shortly.

For the roof racks, I see there is some front to back adjustment of the crossbars as they are secured in the main beams using slots. What is the maximum distance between outside edges of adjacent crossbars when the bars are adjusted as far apart as possible and as close as possible?

The slots are 2.5" long. It looks like the max is 14.25" and the minimum is 11.75". (to the outside edge of the bars)

You have a lot of things, even A-arm plates, but I don't see any rear diff offering. While the differential is strong, it does get scraped and the plug shield is very mild and easily damaged.

The prototype is finished, but our engineers got busy with lots of other projects. They will be back on it today and should be finalizing it this week/next week so I should have more updates very soon.

Had your rack for a few weeks now. Really liking it. Like how the cross bars are 8020. Allows for extensive amount of customization with purchased parts.

Two suggestions...

1. You guys have a cutout for easy insertion of t-nuts in only one of the two slots on each crossbar. Nice if second slot had cutout.

2. Increase the length of the slots in the side beams for more adjustment. At the least make them long enough to allow mounting a second crossbar in the same slots. I doubled up two of my crossbars in the slot behind sunroof, but slot only allows one screw per side of the second crossbar. See pic. I did this so I won’t have bar directly over my sunroof but still have the bar on the truck so it’s there when I need it in the now empty location

Are the awning mounts in stock? I just ordered an aluminum ARB awning and I figured I would go with your mounts since they are made for the vehicle even though they are more expensive.
