Victory 4x4 Roof Rack and Baja Designs S8 Light Bar

Has anyone installed a Baja Designs 40" S8 light bar on a Victory 4x4 full rack? I am using the light bar mount that comes with the rack but appears the light bar is a tad too long to allow you to push the mounts between the faring. I have a gap right now between the light bar and fairing. Will this cause wind noise?

Also, has anyone installed chase lights on a Victory rack? I am assuming the only to do so is by drilling a hole to mount them?

I do not have the Baja Designs 40", but I do have the Rigid 40" light bar on a Victory 4x4 rack. I've attached some pics of how it mounts. I have been pretty surprised at the negligible wind noise. I cannot hear it if the sunroof shade is closed. Not sure if the Baja is equivalent length or not, but I'm happy with how it turned out after being initially displeased.

This is perfect info. Thanks Greg. My BD light bar sits right at about where your Rigid does with the mounts not protruding in between the cutout so it sits right behind. I am glad to hear you have no wind noise so I will keep mine as is and try it out. Again, greatly appreciate the feedback and photos.
