Viper remote start help

Hey guys, I recently got a Viper Basic 1 Way remote start installed and worked fine. I then disconnected my battery to install HID's and since then, the truck will receive the command and cycle as if it were going to start, but never cranks. Didn't know if someone has experience with this or not. I did get it installed at Best Buy, and am probably going to resort to taking back to them to diagnose.

maybe its stuck in valet mode.

Most probable cause is that the bypass or module that simulates the immobilizer chip in the key needs to be reprogrammed. If it's an XK05 it's very common. You'll need to return to BB.
