So, in your guys opinions, there's no issue with removing this rack when it comes in and replacing with an aftermarket, right?

Any word on in the roof rack will mount to 2018 models? Roof rack will be purely aesthetic for me, other than camping and hauling extra goods a handful of times a year.

I'm sure lots of people will agree that it is a little cheesy, but it suits my eyes...

My unsolicited thoughts on the rack.

It's so tall, especially for what looks to be a 3/4 rack.

The height of the rack worked on the much shorter FJ roof.

On the 4Runner, it looks like a black shopping cart melted into the roof.
