Didn't see much discussion on these particular bulbs so here's some pics and info , I just received a pair from a local GM dealer for my '04 T4R.
They are supposed to be 30% brighter than regular HIR2 bulbs, but with reduced life. 300-500 hours on average. I think most HIR bulbs are around 800 hours
They are OEM on some GM vehicles, same power consumption as 9006's and won't piss off other drivers.
These bulbs are a cheap upgrade compared to other HIR and 9006 bulbs.
A comparison shot I found online from a RAV4 , Vosla +30 on the left, factory 9006 on the right:
I got them from a local GM dealer in Canada for $20 CAD each. I've seen them online from US retailers for around $12.50 USD .

All above part numbers refer to the same product.
They will have Vosla , +30 and "Made in Germany" printed on the bottom, with yellow o-ring and bottom cap.
As with other HIR bulbs, one tab on the bulb will need to be trimmed to fit the headlight bulb holder.
It's very easy with simple tools, I was able to do one in just a few minutes.
Below pic shows the grey area you need to trim off, black area is what you will end up with after trimming
I cut a small sticker to 8mm x 3mm dimensions and stuck it on the tab and used snippers to trim around it. Then just used a small flat file to finish it off.
Bulbs fit perfectly and snap into the holder just like the previous bulb
I'll update this post later with night shots, need to my restore my headlights first.
