VSC / Diff. / 4Lo lights

Not sure if anyone else can help with this problem, but recently I had two major pieces of work done. One, I had an exhaust shop take off the manifold and weld a hairline crack in it. Two, I had an AC shop replace the condenser and evaporator and some additional lines/O-rings. Both said they had issues taking it apart due to rust. No big deal, just $1500 out of pocket. So the last thing that happened was getting it from the AC shop. As I was leaving their shop I noticed the VSC TRAC and VSC OFF light stays on while the differential and 4Lo lights blink. All other lights behave as normal and there is no CEL. I assumed it was just something that needed reset as both shops did a lot of work to the vehicle, so I didn't mention it as I left. Once I got home I used my OBDII to check codes and it didn't have anything stored. I attempted to reset codes anyways and no luck. I took off the positive cable to the battery for about 2 minutes to make sure everything reset and when I hooked it back up, still, the lights were there. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this or what I should do next aside from taking it to the dealer?
Thanks!

Also to note, its a V8. Haven't seen the ABS light or check engine light come on like many other posts suggests. One other post suggests that some OBDII scanners wont pick up certain codes, may need to take it to get read by another.
