VSC lights lit on after I've used scan tool. how to reset these ?

I own both 04 & 05 SR5 4Runners (... and a 22RE '90 SR5 I bought new in 89). I've used several scan tools on my 04, and they tripped the VSC lights every time, requiring zero-point calibration. Easy, just annoying. This never occurs with my 05. The issue is in the pre-05 system's DNA ...

For the record, such issues never occur with my hard-life '90 (288,000 miles).
