Vsc off,vac trac,skid,abs lights on

Hi I'm a new member with an 06T4R with 4.0 motor and 91K miles.
Yesterday I put new serpentine belt on and topped up tires as inflation light was on. Metal valve stem caps were very tight I used pliers and the soft metal tore away. With two caps off I started the car backed out and noticed the above dash lights on. I replaced all 4 valve stem caps. Lights including tire pressure light still on. Read some posts replaced gas cap, disconnected battery for an hour, lights still on.
I checked on a snowy road today and I do not have ABS or skid alarm 4x4 still works.
Went Advanced Auto got codes read and battery checked which was OK.
Codes were: C1241 C1223 C0200 C1249 PO504.
After reading posts re: codes it seems there are a lot of false or maybe codes that come from something other than what the codes may mean. It's as confusing as Insurance, Religion, Polotics or the latest Economic theories.
So before I go and lay prostrate in the Temple of Toyota and offer up my wallet for their abuse do you have any DIY ideas?

Have you tried clearing the DTCs and seeing what comes back?

Yes I thought I did by disconnecting the battery. No change after hooking it back up.

I had the codes erased by a garage today and the only the code that came back was for the right front speed sensor. Lights still on but other codes gone. Is this something I can explore and inspect and clean? If needed can I replace it?
