VSV Valve?

Is the VSV for the charcoal canister a known issue for this generation of 4R?

I've got a 2004 4runner with 180k miles on it. The gas cap sometimes is really loose and it is throwing codes P0441, P0446, P0455. I've replaced the gas cap with a factory OEM one 2 times already but the code still persists.

Some mornings, the check engine lights come on and the truck hesitates to idle smoothly for 5-10 minutes. It drives fine otherwise.

Well I got around to pulling down the charcoal canister assembly above the spare tire. Those hose clamps are a pain to figure out at first.

Did a 9v test on the VSV valve and no audible click, so going to assume it is bad.

The part number is 90910-12258 and it looks like there aren't too many used ones online. I'm going to call a friend who works at a Toyota dealership and see what the brand new price is.
