VTX Trekker wheels: Thoughts?

I was just drinking my coffee and doing my usual: surfing the web trying to find an OEM 1st (or 2nd) Gen set of 4Runner wheels on Offerup or Craigslist. Generally they are trashed or the asking price is silly. "Well it comes with tires with 90% tread left".... Sure, if you like 20 year old tires. No thanks.

Then I was going through the Official Vendors section of Toyota-4Runner.org and randomly was checking out VTX. And found this:

I think these look great, but what do you all think?

[MENTION=147568]VTXWheels[/MENTION] I see these are coming "soon": when's soon and what's a rough pricing on them? Sizes? (please say 15" or 16". 17"+ IMO looks silly on a 1st gen)

Are they real or fake beadlocks?

Are they chromed steel or chromed alloy?

And of course what width/offset/backspacing.

Real or fake beadlocks: IG has a post from March 2022 saying it's "Beadlock"

Are they chromed steel or chromed alloy: Don't know but they look alloy (and technically even steel is alloy)

Sizing: According to the same post from March 2022: "releasing first in a 17x9 -38 beadlock with 15" and 16" fitments coming".

But that's over a year ago.
