Added about 5 horsepower and mocked "trail rated" Heeps at the same time

Did the interior hi-lift mod per the great write up on this site. Works great doesnt effect leg room greatly, no rattles, and protected from the elements year round

And per tacomaworld.com I got another sweet sticker and by that I mean another few horses. Also tagged my rear window from when we visited Breckenridge

Today I met up with some local Taco owners from TacomaWorld. Worked a little, talked, and compared a lot more. Seeing these vehicles gave me a bunch of ideas and really makes me want to finally do a Satoshi grille and bake my lights
The line up of mostly everyone from the small meet up

How is the plasti dip holding up on the door handles? I have a Nautical Blue with chrome handles too and hate them but don't want to have to take them off to get them painted.

Its still doing great. Hasn't worn off and definitely love the look compared to the chrome. I put mine on in the summer to make sure it would adhere as best as possible and did several coats. No complaints. Also nice color choice on your truck.

Great build! Can you please link me to the write-up for mounting the hi-lift inside the cabin? I have it mounted to my front lightbar but want to move it in from the new england winter weather.

Thanks, and honestly probably my two favorite mods!(although not the cheapest)

I have the same lift and am getting my Shrockworks bumper in next month (thanks to a deer encounter with my stock one). Did the bumper lower your front any? If it did not, I may consider getting a winch as well.

Also, did those FJ wheels push out your stance any over the stock 4Runner wheels you replaced. I have a sneaking suspicion the new bumper will make me wanna get bigger tires and I may get new rims at the same time. Your ride looks sweet!

Nope, I pulled the lift out of the shipping box and didn't even adjust them and put them on the vehicle, it took them about a day of driving to settle. After installing the bumper a while later it still sat even all the way across. I will try to get a picture as I too am thinking about a winch as well. . .I would reccom the ENGO synthetic. I'll see if I can get a picture later today of my stance. As for the fj wheels, yes they did push the offset a little. Nothing drastic, but definitely noticeable.

Sweet man. Thanks for the info. No worries on the pics unless you really want to. I am thinking the 8k Ramsey winch but saw that the are Bulldog and Smittybuilt ones for$300 less. It would be purely for self-rescue and I may never use it. I don't wheel at all but do drive in remote areas for work.

Yeah that is the reason I suggested Engo. One of the few that even Warn couldn't do the stall test.
Also here is a side profile pic showing the normalcy of the lift and bumper combined
