Been a little busy with wedding and such But luckily my best man was. [MENTION=50138]5280Runner[/MENTION] and I let him drive my Runner for the weekend. Luckily as a joke he sent pics of him driving my car throughout the city.
I guess glad things are slowing down but glad to get together with family and friends. Now that things have slowed back down I can get back to wrenching on my rig. My most recent pic.

Looks good! IMO it would look even better if you followed the contour of the hood and brought it out wider on the front but I love the color.

So now have constant power in charge ports even with the keys not in the ignition
So now in the process of getting my build for my wife and I's first 10 day camp trip in the Rockies, Tetons, Smokies, and Badlands. Have a roof top tent, [MENTION=77764]Whitson Metalworks[/MENTION] roof rack with 50 inch light bar all en route. So this should spice up the ride.....just a bit.

Roof rack delivered
Today I went and picked up my WM roof rack and lightbar. Packaged great, delivered quickly, and the fabrication is beyond amazing. Dropped it off at Line-X today to get it all taken care of before mounting it! Getting more and more psyched every day! :rockon:

And heres the install and new setup for my roof to be able to hold the new tent Im getting.
The set up was straight forward and simple and the product is absolutely fantastic
The switch fit perfectly into one of my blanks I had
The best thing is I still fit in my parking ramp at work
Feeling a little festive just to prove Im not a grinch this season. Thanks to the new Whitson Metalworks roof rack for making this possible haha
Also went hunting this weekend and apparently I didn't get the Red jeep memo(and no this photo wasnt planned it just happened haha)

Looking good!! We see pictures of those Iowa deer (I'm assuming youre deer hunting) down here, pretty jealous. I'm doing my damndest to hunt a river swamp and hope for something weighing 150 pounds haha.

The biggest one we got was a 12, but here is another one we got(notice the choice of hunting vehicle in the back)

That's a stud!! We don't see anything like that down here, on public land anyways. Hunting the swamp is hard! A long shot would be 30 yards, and even that's through a string of lucky holes.

Oh man what I would give for a 30 yard shot! But yeah we have some runs where the brush is so thick that shooting at 30 yards still wouldn't hit the deer no matter how accurate you are. But yeah we hunt on public and some private. Luckily I have some family land that I can go on...and of course test my rig out on too.

Man that is a nice 11 on camera. Matter of fact, not to brag, I killed an 11 about this time last year and killed another 11 in velvet in August. I love your rig and was wondering how big that light bar is and how it is mounted?

Nice, please tell me you had those mounted? As for the light bar its a 40 inch from Avec Products. Definitely an awesome deal. Just pm the owner at Tacoma World and he gives you a huge discount over whats listed online. In regards to the mount while I had Whitson Metalworks making the roof rack I purchased the light bar and had it mailed to him so he could fabricate brackets to accommodate it and it turned out beyond expectations. Thanks for the kind words and if you are ever going through Iowa give me a shout
