walker cat back exhaust ??

I am rebuilding my 22re and decided to upgrade several things. 261 crawler cam and pacesetter header and walker cat back 2 inch turbo style muffler. now I have heard all the bad things about the header but what I want to know is has anyone run this cat back system with no cat and if so how does it sound? it says quiet flow. I got it from summit 170.00 including the 40.00 upcharge for shipping. also got the header and mid pipe from amazon for 140 ish. oh my 4 runner is 86

I don't know about that muffler. I have a flowmaster and it makes a huge difference in loudness when the cat is removed or not. Removing the cat makes it have a little more "ricey" sound to it. haha

yea im not running a cat so I figured a turbo muffler would not be too loud. I have heard them with flowmasters and thats a little loud for me. plus its pretty cheap
