Want a PA any ideas/helps

So I'm looking into getting a PA for my truck, I have a CV radio, and everyte Install a PA, using YouTube videos, they seems to either not be loud or it brakes from being short circuit, so if anyone has a better install and knows a good PA that isn't to much money, can anyone help me install one that is super loud and will not short circuit

Any help/ideas will be helpfull

It's a 1995 4runner 3.0 Sr5, don't think that matters, but if it does, that's the truck I have

Just go to radio shack and get and get an outdoor pa speaker, sound depends on where you mount it.

Yea just go to radioshack and get an outdoor PA speaker. Looked in their parts drawers and find an audio jack. Just connect the wires and plug the jack into the back of your PA. How loud the PA will be will depend on your CB radio and where you mount the speaker. I run a cobra 29 with my speaker under the hood. Its plenty loud for trail riding if I need to yell at the vehicle infront of me if CBs arent working.

I just bought one off Amazon and you can barely hear it. Spend more than $12.

Bought mine from my local CB shop, cost me around $18. They are decently loud but nothing crazy.
If you really want something loud, a regular PA will not be enough. You will need something with an amp.
