Want to sell pistol mags but idk if its legal or not

So I have a 5 pistol mags

They are stamped PB CAL 9 PARA MADE IN U.S.A.
one one side and ASS'Y 9346413-65490 on the other

They are 15 round mags.....I want to sell them but I don't want to do anything illegal. I literally have no idea where to or how to go about selling them or of I even can.
This is completely new to me.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

In most states it's perfectly legal to sell guns and gun components to other individuals without going through a licensed broker. I'm pretty sure that is the case in Iowa as it seems to be a reasonable state in regards to gun laws. It would be illegal to sell them in a state that has smaller magazine capacity limits (i.e., 10 rounds max). Ebay only allows magazines that comply with CA laws (10 rounds max). Craigslist doesn't allow guns. I'm guessing you are limited to Facebook friends and local ads.

You probably know already but those fit a Beretta 92 9mm. They seem to sell for $20-30 a piece if in good condition.

I'm glad I double checked here before I hit 'list this item' on eBay....

Yeah, so now that eBay is off the table my options are limited in selling them.

If some one offered me money who lived out of state can I now not sell it to them? Or do I need to sit and check what state they live in? Like who is liable there or is it an all around 'no go'

Or should I just go get ripped off at a local pawn shop

Put them on Armslist in your state, you'll find a local buyer if they are priced right.
