Want to take doors of for 1/2 doors.. Need help.

Any pointers or things to look for when taking off the doors, speaker wires, window/lock wires etc.. Any help and advice appreciated

It's pretty easy and straight forward. Check out this thread:

It's basically two connecters to un-hook the wiring (connectors are behind the kick panel), then a few bolts to remove the door.

Just follow the wires into the doors and disconnect all the plugs carefully. They get brittle over time. Are you cutting your doors into half doors? Or do you have another set of doors for it?

Thank guys, I think I'm gonna try to find a set to buy somewhere or see if my buddy that's a welder could fab something up. Definitely not cutting them. For now it's just gonna be Doorless and fun to cruise around in. I would like to find a way to still have music. Any ideas?

Install a 1st Gen rollbar and mount speakers on it.

Qlogic kickpanels with speaker in them would be the best way.
