Hey guys I hooked up the tyto harness to my new JVC HU in my 2005 sport edition with the JBL. Nothing impressive and one of the speakers continuously cuts out. I have messed around with it and it will not stop. So i'm thinking about putting in my 4 channel amp with my Dblock amp and going full aftermarket. I have researched a ton and cannot find a solid DIY write up for this entire process. Here are the questions I have...
If I want to bypass the factory JBL amp and sub the Metra turbowires 70-8117 will be sufficient correct?
Instead of pulling all of the door panel's off to hook the amp wires up to the speakers can I just use a Kicker speed wire that connects to the speaker wires at the HU? (I've used it in my Tacoma before and they are so great)
Will I be able to run my D-Block amp to the stock JBL subwoofer? (Would like to replace later)
