I've had a really bad experience with this merchant. I feel I should make you guys aware, and save you some money and hassle I've been dealing with for the past month.
The Story:
I ordered a supercharger rebuild kit from them January 12th. I got the automatic confirmation email with oder number and everything. Then, 2 weeks later I still had not received a shipping confirmation from them or any update concerning my order. I contacted them via a "submit comments here:" link on their website since they do not provide a email address or a phone number (my mistake for not noticing in the first place). I urged them to give me updated information about my order or tracking information or I would retract my payment through the bank, and have the fraud department go after them. They quickly replied and said, "there is no need for such hasty actions." They went on to string me along telling my they would contact their company representative and find more information. I waited a week, no email no phone call, no information. So I tried to contact them for a second time, and this time I got no response what-so-ever. Waited another week, tried again. Nothing. So after 4 weeks, I contacted my bank told them about the situation. Fortunately USAA is extremely concerned about customer satisfaction. Matters are in their hands now. They are going to give the merchant an opportunity to fight the claim, and if the merchant does not refute the claim I will get my money back. If they do fight the claim, the process will continue and I will likely have to submit all information I have to the bank's fraud department.
Moral is, first of all, DO NOT DEAL with KWIKPHYX.com If they do follow through with your order you can be sure you will not be satisfied with their communication. Horrible customer service. Second, when ordering online be sure to save all of your confirmation emails and all information regarding your order. I've always saved emails and confirmations like this just incase. Fortunately I have all the documentation, I'd probably be out $100 if I didn't.
So my supercharger project has been put on hold for a lot longer then I wanted. This has been a month long hassle for me. Consider yourself warned!
