Warning lights

Hi, today while driving my 2002 4runner a few warning lights came on. I can't remember exactly which ones but I'm sure there was the brake, abs, vsc and ect. there about 4 or maybe 5, there was a loud beep sound along with it. after a while they disappeared. Any advise or suggestions will be appreciated.

That happened to me once in my previous Runner that was an 02. Had a bunch of lights flash and even loss of power for a couple seconds, but instantly everything returned to normal and never happened again. Not sure if it's the same symptoms as yours, but I suppose quirky things just happen?
