I'm sure this has been covered before so please don't flame me for bringing it up. I did a search and couldn't find much. Anyhow, if a lift is installed will it void my warranty? I was looking at the NE 4"/3" lift. Thanks in advance.

Only to the extent of damaged parts that it touches. The burden is on the dealer to prove the lift contributed or caused the damage. There's mention of this in a few threads that say/explain it better than I just did, but that's the gist of it.

You'll enjoy your lift. I really have.

Utlimately, the only thing that can potentially get voided are the suspension components.

Which means items that are directly affected by the lift kit.

Personally speaking I wouldn't want to lift it more than 3" but that's a personal opinion.

Good luck and don't forget photos!

PEDS: Your in Durham, I am in Durham

Where were you going to have this installed? Cricket 4WD in Cary said they were not interested in installing a lift with XREAS.

I hadn't figured the installation part out. I have a good friend who is a mechanic so I thought maybe I could talk her into it. There is also a shop in Raleigh called We Do Trucks. I was going to give them a call and see what they thought.
