Washer Fluid Not Working

Just wondering what should be my first steps into diagnosing the issue.

My windshield fluid in the front all a sudden stopped working, checked the fluid and its full. The rear is not working either.
What are the chances that both pumps have failed at the same time? The only thing I could think of is, the rear wiper is currently not in place, broke off and have not replaced it yet, I know the arm needs to be sitting properly in order for the window to work, can that also affect the washer fluid?
Is there a specific fuse?

If I could hear the pumps, is there somewhere specific I should check?

Thanks

Hmmm....I haven't run into this before but I thought I'd seen some other threads on the subject. Both pumps are built onto the bottom of the fluid reservoir but you'll have to access it through the passenger fender well (pull the liner back). With the vehicle in the "on" position but not running you should easily be able to hear either pump running. Sounds like you've got an electrical problem (fuse, cabling, etc). Yes....it's really odd that both would just stop working and I don't believe the front has anything to do with the rear as far as the window position effecting operation.

Check the washer fluid lines under the hood , maybe the fluid is frozen ?
I make the habit of switching to winter fluid in November so by the time the temps get real cold, the summer fluid has been used up.
